How do I claim?

Lost or stolen cellphone

  • Call us on 082 135 to block your SIM and blacklist your phone. Remember to record the ITC reference number.
  • Report the loss/theft to the police and record the case number. You will need your ITC reference number when you open the case.
  • Go to your nearest store and an agent will process your claim. If approved, an agent will provide you with a new device straight away.
Find a store

Damaged cellphone

  • Take the device to your nearest Vodacom Repair Centre.
  • A helpful consultant will book the cellphone in for repairs/replacement.

Yes, the policy only covers the insured Device(s), used TOGETHER WITH the Vodacom SIM Card listed on your attached policy schedule.

What happens when I change my contract?

In the event that you change your contract, your existing contract cover will be terminated and you will have to request that Contract Cover be added to your new contract.
